Led by founder Christiana White, a seasoned executive with over 20 years in retail medicine Renew Strategy Group was created to be a strengthening partner for high impact leaders retail medicine with clients ranging from Private Equity firms to owner operator clinics.

Throughout her career with industry leaders like Ideal Image, Hair Club for Men, Sono Bello, and most recently as COO of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, Christiana discovered a pattern: sustainable success always comes from the same three elements: People, Process, and Performance.

The P3 Framework was born out of her passion for helping leaders bring order to complexity, put people first, and build healthy systems that deliver results. Today, RSG helps organizations move from misalignment to momentum, creating the clarity and confidence leaders need to grow.
